Service Canada is current undertaking a devolution that will see many of its programs and services transferred to equivalent provincial government departments, which in Newfoundland and Labrador is the Department of Human Resources, Labour, and Employment.
These departments offer a variety of programs which can assist businesses with employee education and training, wage subsidies, etc.
